Shipping

• EXPRESS Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of USD$15 per order charged at time of purchase. An express tracking number will be emailed at time of dispatch.

• Worldwide shipping is a flat rate of USD$30 per order charged at time of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed at time of dispatch.

We ship worldwide. Customs tax vary, however in most cases there are none. Any customs and/or import tax payable on goods when they arrive at the destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have shipped the item, and the customer has received confirmation of tracking and postage, it is no longer the responsibility of Juliet Allen. No refunds are available in the unforeseen circumstance that the item is lost in transit due to the postage system.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Each item is lovingly checked before it is shipped. All crystals are unique and from the earth, no two crystals are the same. Due to the material of the products being natural, small imperfections are normal. Please keep in mind that crystals tend to vary in size and colour. Crystals are to be used internally at customer’s discretion.

 

Returns & Refunds

Goods sold are non-refundable. No returns or refunds will be given on change of mind, or on any broken or damaged items, unless damaged in transit or if deemed to be a manufacturing fault. This includes online products. If by chance you receive an item and it has been damaged in transit, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving the delivery via hello@juliet-allen.com. Please note that pre-authorisation is required for all refunds, exchanges and returns.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.
